Kristin opened her first location, Bella Red Salon herself 11 years ago and grew her team to 30+ hairstylist in 3 locations, reached 7 figures in her first salon before expanding, putting her in the top 1% performance of salons across the country. As a hairstylist, she traveled between California and Washington for a year, taking clients in both states, before settling into growing her own salon team.Â

As a market-leading salon company, she’s one of the few salons in the industry to offer healthcare and 401k benefits to her team. Kristin is also a business coach to other salon owners, leaders and independent educators across the US and Canada and has helped business owners double their teams and quadruple their revenue.Â

Kristin earned a Key to the City award for Federal Way, WA for her organizing and founding the Annual Back to School Haircutting Event in her community. She brings together over 50 hairstylists and 70 volunteers for a full day of free haircuts for the kids of Federal Way in the local community park. Last year they did almost 400 haircuts for the kids, and are planning for 500+ in 2025!

Kristin was recognized as the “Hometown Hero,” for September of 2023 in the Federal Way Mirror. She has worked backstage doing hair with Bumble and Bumble for a Seattle Live Event, and for the International Fashion Tour. She has been quoted as the expert in the London Daily News, Bustle magazine, and Live That Glow, and most recently Authority Magazine.
